 CAT actuate pump test eqiuipment can test the performance of CAT C7,C9 type high pressure pump. It can adjust pump solenoid valve and high pressure. Set oil temperature ,automatic adjustment. Also adopt flow meter sensor with high precision and mass flow,it can satisfy the flow measurement under different conditions. This machine hasindependent lub.oil system and lub.oil tank.it entirely separate from mechanical test bench,fast and easy installation and measurement.

      COM-HUP test equipment is a new type of test equipment designed and developed by our company. It is specially designed for the performance testing of high-pressure oil pump of Cat C7 and C9 engines.

   This equipment can realize the pump solenoid valve regulation, high pressure regulation, oil temperature setting and automatic regulation, and the use of high-precision large flow meter to meet the flow test under different conditions.

Easy to operate, stable function, easy maintenance.

  Features

1. This equipment has a separate oil system and oil tank, completely separated from fuel injection pump test bench, easy install and test.

2. With an independent high-pressure pump control system.

3. It adopts high-precision large flow meter, LED display flow.

4. With an independent temperature control system, control the temperature automatically.

5. Grafted to fuel injection pump test bench to use.

6. It can carry out automatic pressure test and manual flow test.

7. It is equipped with guide wheel at the bottom of the shell, easy to move.
