CRS-618C Pro common rail injector and pump test bench

The CRS-618 PRO high-pressure common rail test bench is the latest integrated equipment to test the performance of high-pressure common rail pumps and injectors produced by most manufacturers (BOSCH, DENSO, DELPHI, SIEMENS). This equipment completely simulates the injection system principle of a high-pressure common rail engine. The main drive adopts advanced frequency conversion speed regulation technology, with large output torque and ultra-low noise.

The detection of common rail pumps and injectors uses imported flow sensors, which have fast testing speed, more accurate and stable measurement; strong scalability, can be grafted to EUI/EUP system and CAT HEUI system for middle pressure C7/C9. It can detect CAT 320D common rail pumps too. The equipment uses industrial computers to control real-time data collection. The 19" LCD screen displays more clearly. It has more than 4,000 kinds of injector debugging data, which can be queried and printed (optional).

CRS-618 PRO adopts a new design concept, innovative modular design, new appearance design and new generation control system, making a qualitative leap forward from the traditional common rail pump and common rail injector test bench.
