CRS-668C common rail injector and pump test bench

CRS-668C test bench is special device to test the performance of high-pressure common rail pump and injector, it can test common rail pump, injector of BOSCH, SIEMENS, DELPHI, CUMMINS and DENSO and piezo injector. This equipment fully simulates the injection system principle of a high-pressure common rail engine. The main drive adopts advanced variable frequency speed control technology which has high output torque and ultra-low noise. The common rail pump and injector are tested with imported flow sensors, which have high test speed, more accurate and stable measurement. It can test the Carter 320d common rail pump. The test bench controls the oil pump speed, injection pulse width, oil metering, and rail pressure in real time by an industrial computer. The 21-inch LCD screen has a clearer display and has more than 6,000 types of debugging data that can be queried and printed (optional). It is reliable and stable, with high control precision. The outer shell is manufactured by CNC equipment, which is beautiful and durable.
CRS-668C can fulfill the remote assistance by internet and make the maintenance easy to operate.
