CRS-700 is a newly developed specialized device for testing the performance of four high-pressure common rail injectors. It can test common rail injectors manufactured by BOSCH, SIEMENS, DELPHI, and DENSO. This device completely simulates the injection system principle of a high-pressure common rail engine. The main drive utilizes variable frequency speed control technology, featuring high output torque, ultra-low noise, and stable rail pressure detection.

 

The device uses an industrial computer for real-time data acquisition. A 21-inch LCD screen provides clearer display, and over 7000 types of debugging data can be queried and printed (optional). The test bench uses drive signal modulation, ensuring high control precision and reliable, stable operation. The casing is CNC machined for a beautiful and durable finish.

 

This device enables remote fault diagnosis, making after-sales service faster and more convenient.

II. Features

(I) The main drive adopts variable frequency speed regulation;

(II) Real-time control by industrial computer, using Win7 or Linux operating system.

(III) Fuel quantity is measured by 4 high-precision flow sensors and displayed on a 19" LCD screen;

(IV) DRV control of rail pressure is used to measure rail pressure in real time, with closed-loop rail pressure control and high-pressure protection function;

(V) Data can be queried, stored, and printed (optional);

(VI) The pulse width of the injector drive signal is adjustable;

(VII) Cooling unit;

(VIII) Short-circuit protection function;

(IX) Can detect the resistance and inductance of ordinary injector solenoid valves;

(X) Can detect the capacitance of piezoelectric injectors;

(XI) Software data network upgrades are more convenient;

(XII) High pressure up to 2300 bar;
