     Our company recently designed a new model of frequency conversion and step-less speed regulation fuel injection pump test stand: COM-EMC, which is measured and controlled by the computer in real-time. Parameters such as rotation speed, temperature, count stroking, air pressure, and advance angle, etc are displayed on the computer. It is an ideal equipment to test diesel engines for auto and tractor manufacturers and pump repairing.
The test stand has power options of 5.5KW, 7.5KW, 11KW, 15KW, etc.

·Measure the delivery at various rotation speeds.

·Check the mechanical speed governors.

·Check the electric magnetic valve of distributor pumps.

·Check the pneumatic speed governors.

·Check the pressure compensators (with LDA).

·Measure the reflux delivery of distributor pumps.

·Measure the internal pressure of the distributor pumps body.

·Check the vacuum capacity regulators.

·Detect the advance angle of the automatic advancer.

·Check the sealing of the in-line injection pump body.

·Measure the advance angle.
