Feature

1.Main drive adopts the speed controlled by frequency system.

2.Controlled by industrial computer in real time, linux operating system. Fulfill the remote assistance by internet and make the maintenance easily to operate.

3. Oil quantity is measured by high precision flow sensor and displayed on 19” LCD .

4.It generates BOSCH QR code.

5.Rail pressure controlled by DRV, pressure measured in real time and controlled by closed loop, high-pressure protection function.

6.Oil tank and fuel tank temperature controlled by forced cooling control system.

7.Injector drive signal pulse is adjustable. 

8. It has short circuit protection function.

9.It has monitor display of  DC 24V 12V 5V.

10. Added with oil back pressure.

11. EUI/EUP test system is optional.

12. HEUI test system is optional, high pressure supplied by plunger pump, pressure is stable.

13. Can test CAT 320D high pressure common rail pump.

2. Test the sealing of injector.

3. Test the pre-injection of the injector.

4. Test the maximum oil quantity of the injector.

5. Test the starting oil quantity of the injector.

6. Test the average oil quantity of the injector.

7. Test the oil return quantity of the injector.

8. Data can be searched, printed and saved into database.

9. It can generate BOSCH QR code.
