High Performance Cri-700 Common Rail Injector Tester - HU-200 test bench, EUI-EUP & HEUI C7 C9 system test bench – Common

        HU-200 is the latest integrated equipment to test EUI/EUP and HEUI. It can test EUI/EUP of BOSCH, CUMMINS, DELPHI, CAT, VOLVO, SCNIA, etc.  and also test Caterpillar C7/C9 HEUI hydraulic common rail injector. The equipment simulates the principle of electronic control of diesel engines. The main drive adopts frequency speed adjusting technology, supplies large output torque and has ultra-low noise. The oil pump speed, fuel injection pulse width, and cambox rotating speed of the test bench are all controlled and collected by industrial computers in real time. The oil volume and flow are displayed, and the data is automatically compared and debugged by 19” LCD screen. The test bench adopts driving signal modulation, control precision is high, operation is reliable and stable. The shell is manufactured by CNC equipment, which is more precise and durable.
