EUI-EUP test bench

EUI/EUP tester needs to be installed on the test bench, and test oil is provided by the test bench too. 

 Features

  The tester is adjusted by drive signal, measures oil quantity in real time, the pulse width of injector’s drive signal is adjustable. It can test the oil quantity under different working conditions and contains short circuit protection function.

The tester contains two parts:

1. The mechanical part is called the base, it can be installed on the conventional test bench, this base is connected to two different equipments: one is for EUP, and the other is for EUI.

 2. Electronic control device comprises the controller and wiring harness of two devices, it can control the solenoid coil of EUP or EUI. Users can set up the injection pulse width to read the oil quantity which is measured by glass graduate.
