CRS-918 PLUS COMMON RAIL TEST BENCH

1. Introduction: CRS-918 PLUS test bench is multifunctional device to test the performance of high-pressure common rail pump and injector; it can test common rail pump, injector of BOSCH, SIEMENS, DELPHI and DENSO and piezo injector. It simulates the injection principle of common rail motor completely and the main drive adopts the most advanced speed change by frequency change. High output torque, ultra low noise. It tests the common rail injector and pump by flow sensor with more precise and stable measurement. It can add EUI/EUP test system and CAT C7 C9 , test CAT 320D common rail pump, CAT hydraulic middle pressure actuation pump and mechanical fuel injection pump. Pump speed, injection pulse width, oil measurement and rail pressure are all controlled by industrial computer by real time. The data is also obtained by computer. 19〃 LCD screen display makes the data more clear, more than 6000 kinds of data can be searched and used. It’s with advanced technology, steady performance, precise measurement and convenient operation.

This model can fulfill the remote assistance by internet and make the maintenance easy to operate.

2. Feature

  6. Injector drive signal pulse is adjustable.
  7. It has short circuit protection function.
  8. It has monitor display of DC 24V 12V 5V.
  9. EUI/EUP test system is optional.
  10. HEUI test system is optional, high pressure supplied by plunger pump, pressure is stable.
  11. Can test CAT 320D high pressure common rail pump.
  12. Can test HEUI actuating pump.
  13. Can detect the resistance and inductance of ordinary injector solenoid valve.
  14. Capacitance detection for piezo injectors.
  15. Can test the opening pressure of the injector.

3.1 Common rail pump test

1. Test brands : BOSCH、DENSO、DELPHI、SIEMENS and CUMMINS.

2. Test the sealing of common rail pumps.

3. Test the internal pressure of common rail pump.

4. Test ratio solenoid of common rail pump.

5. Test feed pump function of common rail fuel pump.

3.2 Common rail injector test

1.Test brands : BOSCH、DENSO、DELPHI、SIEMENS、CUMMINS and piezo injector.

2. Test the sealing of injector.

3. Test the pre-injection of the injector.

4. Test the maximum oil quantity of the injector.

5. Test the starting oil quantity of the injector.

6. Test the average oil quantity of the injector.

7. Test the oil return quantity of the injector.

8. Data can be searched, printed and saved into database.

3.4 Mechanic pump test

When testing a mechanical pump, you need to clean the inside and outside of the pump before installing it on the test bench

1. Test the oil supply of each cylinder at different speeds, 8 cylinders can be tested;

2. Statically check the oil supply time of each cylinder;

3. Check the performance of the mechanical governor;

4. Test of the solenoid valve of the distribution pump;

5. Check the performance of the pneumatic governor;

6. Check the performance of the pressure compensator
