1. Introduction: CRS-918 PLUS test bench is multifunctional device to test the performance of high-pressure common rail pump and injector; it can test common rail pump, injector of BOSCH, SIEMENS, DELPHI and DENSO and piezo injector. It simulates the injection principle of common rail motor completely and the main drive adopts the most advanced speed change by frequency change. High output torque, ultra low noise. It tests the common rail injector and pump by flow sensor with more precise and stable measurement. It can add EUI/EUP test system and CAT C7 C9 , test CAT 320D common rail pump, CAT hydraulic middle pressure actuation pump and mechanical fuel injection pump. Pump speed, injection pulse width, oil measurement and rail pressure are all controlled by industrial computer by real time. The data is also obtained by computer. 19〃 LCD screen display makes the data more clear, more than 6000 kinds of data can be searched and used. It’s with advanced technology, steady performance, precise measurement and convenient operation.

When testing a mechanical pump, you need to clean the inside and outside of the pump before installing it on the test bench
1. Test the oil supply of each cylinder at different speeds, 8 cylinders can be tested;
2. Statically check the oil supply time of each cylinder;
3. Check the performance of the mechanical governor;
4. Test of the solenoid valve of the distribution pump;
5. Check the performance of the pneumatic governor;
6. Check the performance of the pressure compensator
