CRS-918C test bench is special device to test the performance of high-pressure common rail pump and injector; it can test common rail pump, injector of BOSCH, SIEMENS, DELPHI and DENSO and piezo injector.
It simulates the injection principle of common rail motor completely and the main drive adopts the most advanced speed change by frequency change. High output torque, ultra low noise. It tests the common rail injector and pump by flow sensor with more precise and stable measurement. It can add EUI/EUP test system and CAT C7 C9 , test CAT 320D common rail pump, mechanical VP37 VP44 RED4 pumps too. Pump speed, injection pulse width, oil measurement and rail pressure are all controlled by industrial computer by real time. The data is also obtained by computer. 19〃 LCD screen display makes the data more clear, more than 2900 kinds of data can be searched and used. It’s installed teamviewer in the operating program which helps for technical service online. Our technician can operate the machine through internet.
QR coding function is optional, it can generate qr code of Bosch 6, 7, 8, 9 digits, Denso 16, 22, 24, 30 digits, Delphi C2i, C3i. BIP function is also available. It tests the reacting timing of the injectors.
The bench is equipped with genuine bosch CP3 pump and DRV, the rail pressure can reach 2600bar easily and stably, input power can be 220V or 380V and 15KW motor according to the demand. There two fuel tanks, one is 60L for fuel oil, and the other one is 30L for engine oil. Heating and double paths forced cooling system helps the machine to control the oil temperature and work in different environments.
Overall dimension of the machine is 2300×1370×1900, volume is about 6 cubic meters and weight is about 1000 kilogram.
