CRS-826C is a multifunctional test bench, it can test common rail pump, injector of BOSCH, SIEMENS, DELPHI and DENSO and piezo injector. It can add EUI/EUP test system and CAT C7 C9,test CAT 320D common rail pump, CAT hydraulic middle pressure actuation pump and mechanical fuel injection pump,VP37,VP44,RED4.
It simulates the injection principle of common rail motor completely, test by flow sensor with more precise and stable measurement. test data are all controlled and obtained by industrial computer by real time, 21〃 LCD screen display makes the data more clear, more than 6000 kinds of data.
This model can fulfill the remote assistance by internet and make the maintenance easy to operate.

When testing a mechanical pump, you need to clean the inside and outside of the pump before installing it on the test bench.
1. Test 8 cynlinder mechanical pump,Test oil supply of each cylinder at different speed, 8 pump speed presetting,use out source of air supply.
2. Statically check the oil supply time of each cylinder;
3. Check the performance of the mechanical governor;
